The François Vallois Champagne House in Bergères les Vertus (51) is above all a family story...
François and Brigitte Vallois are champagne producers. They welcome you to Bergères-les-Vertus at the foot of Mont-Aimé, a historic site steeped in history, overlooking the unique and prestigious vineyards of the Côte des Blancs, 20 km south of Epernay and 50 km south of Reims.
Present throughout the year in the vineyard, their experience and know-how allow them to work in the vineyards and on the farm, showing their wines to customers.
This winegrower cultivates the vines with passion, in the Champagne tradition, while incorporating new techniques that respect the environment and the quality of French champagnes.
"I decided to practice sustainable cultivation, contributing natural amendments (bark on the ground), applying thoughtful phytosanitary treatment, and a special care for the durability of my vineyard, ensuring that you receive a quality that reflects my image."
With an artisan approach to wine growing, Champagne François Vallois embodies a tradition of know-how, which has been passed on from three generations.
