Rare champagne, made only with Pinot Noir by maceration, this is the real method for making Rosé wine.
Its beautiful colour dresses a lively champagne with aromas of intense red fruits, strawberries and blackcurrants.
Gourmand and intense with hints of peach jam, currant, quince and peppery notes.
Fresh attack, Ample, expresses notes of cherry, kirsh. The final is long.
Very original as an aperitif, it goes well with desserts, pies, macaroons, raspberries, strawberries and red fruit sorbets. Best served chilled. A good alternative to kir royal.
